All products are custom-made. Once your order is placed, we:

• Design (enhance the quality) and print your design
• Cut & finish material (if applicable)
• Inspect for quality
• Pack securely for shipping

Processing takes 2 working days before dispatch. (We are open on Sundays)

🚀 Estimated Delivery Time

• Metro Cities: 2–4 working days after dispatch
• Other Cities: 5–6 working days
  Remote / Non-Service Areas: 8–12 days via India Post.

🔁 Returns

• Returns are not accepted for customized or personalized products (stickers, business cards, labels, printed items) once the order is confirmed and printed.
  

🔄 Replacement (If Applicable)

We offer a free replacement only in the following cases:

• You received a wrong product
  
• There is a printing defect
  

📸 To request a replacement:

• Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
  
• Share clear videos of the issue on WhatsApp or email.
  

Once verified, we’ll reprint and ship the correct product at no extra cost.

🚫 Not Eligible for Replacement
